Our dishes are prepared passionately and imaginatively by the head chef and his dedicated team. They have designed a menu featuring some traditional pub favorites as well as using our imported American Cookshack’s SmartSmoker to create unique, smoke-flavoured signature dishes using various woods to impart differentiating aroma and taste profiles.

They are in the kitchen everyday preparing all the food fresh on the premises. Menus reflect the very best of local and seasonal ingredients from local suppliers, including Award winning local Sausages from O’hagans and local farm eggs.
